Austin Noronha is Managing Director of Sony Ventures in the US. In this role, he and his team manage the Sony Innovation Fund and make investments in early to growth stage emerging technology startups in the Healthtech, Fintech, Mobility, Deeptech and the Environmental sectors. Prior to joining Sony, Austin was founder and CEO of TrueScope Technologies, an immersive video product and services start-up. He has spent over 25 years in Silicon Valley at both large multinational corporations and start-ups in roles ranging from engineering, strategy and investments. Austin holds a master’s degree from Michigan Tech, and a bachelor’s degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science
