Keith has been a technologist and innovator in the controls industry for years. Starting out as technician with Honeywell in the ‘80’s and an Engineer with Johnson Controls in the ‘90’s Keith founded the world’s first Enterprise Energy Management company Silicon Energy Corp. in 1997 which sold to Itron for $71M in 2001.

Now as CEO facil.ai, which is the next progression in the industry, Keith leading the application of AI and Machine Learning to retail, commercial, University and QSR customers buildings.
