Bonnie Tseng has spent her career leading innovation and change management across corporate charitable and social responsibility and diversity leadership platforms for Fortune 500 and large financial institutions to generate equitable results internally and in the broader communities they serve. 

Bonnie currently leads the L.A. Trade Technical College Foundation while consulting in the education, entertainment, and creative economy industries. She specializes in diversity leadership development, corporate modernization, social responsibility, and infusing emotional intelligence for better outcomes. She also volunteers in leadership roles for several community development nonprofit boards and committees that support impactful programs in diverse and creative communities, including The Entertainment Community Fund, The Hollywood Heritage Museum, Chrysalis, the Downtown Los Angeles Walk, and the Center for the Pacific Asian Family. 

Bonnie believes that life can be beautiful for everyone through acts of kindness and is passionate about giving a voice and lending a hand to those who need someone to advocate for them.
