Courtney Zaugg has over 15 years of experience as an economic developer, ecosystem builder, and entrepreneur. Her practitioner experience spans internationally, where she has helped state and local governments increase foreign direct investment in their communities and supported regional and local communities to increase innovation at the intersection of capital, talent, and community. Additionally, Courtney is a Certified Economic Developer and an Entrepreneurship Development Professional by the International Economic Development Council.

As an entrepreneur, Courtney founded several businesses in economic development, construction, and real estate. As a veteran spouse, Courtney leads initiatives that help veterans and military spouses launch and scale their companies.
