Earl Cochrane is the CEO and Founder of Kinova Solutions – a Canadian-based consultancy group with a simple goal of using the Global game to affect positive change both within organizations, their external stakeholders and the communities they represent. Prior to launching Kinova, Mr. Cochrane was the CEO/General Secretary of Canada Soccer. During his time at Canada Soccer the organization became both a domestic and internationally recognized National Sport Organization hosting the FIFA U20 World Cup 2007, the FIFA Women’s U20 World Cup in 2014, and the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2015. He was integral to the organisation’s first FIFA World Cup berth in 36 years at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and the Women’s National Team’s preparation for the FIFA World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023. He has also ensured the organisation is well positioned as it prepares to co-host the FIFA World Cup 2026 in partnership with Mexico and USA. 

Mr. Cochrane is a well-recognized leader in the global game of soccer as well as its development in Canada having held key senior leadership roles across all levels of the game that have contributed to its growth and success. He has over 30 years of domestic and international experience working with leading sport organisations such as Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), FIFA, Concacaf, and of course, Canada Soccer, as well as Major League Soccer (MLS) clubs Toronto FC and D.C. United. Mr. Cochrane’s experience and knowledge of the business of soccer will be vitally important to the sustained growth of sport across the region in the next decade.
