As US General Manager, Maye oversees Innovafeed’s international deployment in North America to produce and deliver performant and natural insect-based ingredients for the animal and plant nutrition industries. She is part of Innovafeed’s Executive Committee. As Impact Chief Officer she is responsible for managing Innovafeed’s Impact Governance and Strategy and leads the external Impact Committee. Maye is passionate about building relationships with various stakeholders across the value chain, from suppliers, R&D partners, feed manufacturers, farmers, NGOs and distributors to bring sustainable innovations to the market. Prior to joining InnovaFeed she worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company in NYC for 5 years and was part of the Sustainability and Resource Productivity practice. Maye has a Bachelor in Engineering from Centrale Paris (France) and a Master in Business from the University of Queensland (Australia).
